Our Values

Sasi London

Fashion pieces that mums will adore and want to keep passing on to their daughters.

About:

Sasi London is a sustainable and ethical fashion brand inspired by ambitious mums and their daughters.

The brand is deeply connected with the art world, featuring exclusive prints and engaging with the creativity of artists, graphic designers and craftsmen, all of whom share in Sasi London’s ethos of environmental consciousness.

Sasi London does not only stand for timeless, well-made clothing which mums will want to keep and pass on to their daughters one day, but it also reflects deeper values, creating pieces that resonate with consumers who want to make more environmentally conscious choices, whilst at the same time celebrating creativity and culture.

Transparency:

Customers have access to ethical information about the sourcing of raw materials, the production and manufacturing processes, and about the workers wellbeing throughout.

Sustainability:

The brand focuses on eco-friendly materials such as organic cotton, Tencel, hemp, and recycled natural fabrics. Overproduction and wastage are minimised by focussing on high quality limited run collections.

Ethicality:

A core value of Sasi London is ensuring that workers are treated fairly, paid equitably, enjoy safe working conditions and are treated with dignity and respect for human rights.

Collaboration:

Collaborating with other brands, well establish artists or emerging talent is a great way to bring fresh, innovative ideas into the fashion space while also giving artists and designers valuable exposure.

Mission:

Sasi London would like to encourage both manufacturers and consumers to move away from man-made fabrics like for instance polyester. Raise awareness on releasing Microplastics from synthetic fibres which are harming marine life and entering the food chain during washing.

These chemical fibres production has a significant carbon footprint, and they are not biodegradable, contributing to long-term waste in landfills, unlike natural fibres like organic cotton, hemp, bamboo, Tencel, and wool that can break down over time. They are also healthier on our skin because they keep us both cool and warm by allowing our skin breath. Creating this healthy demand from customers “wearing natural” transitioning can be also economically viable for manufacturers and fashion brands.

“What you wear today affects tomorrow.”

“Prioritize quality over quantity.”

“Choose well, feel well.”

 “Wear natural!”
